Most fitness business owners ‘firefight’ their way through the day.

RED notification warnings.

You might as well be in the middle of the Belagio casino in Vegas. You know the place where there are no clocks, special lighting and supposedly extra oxygen pumped into the air whilst all of those fruit machines are ‘pinging’ and dice are rolling and people are cheering – TO KEEP YOU THERE>

If you fall into this category, then you’re being controlled.

Schedule once per day [60-90 mins] to focus on marketing 100%

Schedule once per day [30-60 mins] of Thinking time – where you write down the most pressing issue in your biz right now and come up with solutions.

Schedule one per day [20-30 mins] to look at your yearly / quarterly / monthly / weekly goals and check whether you’re on track and prioritise decisions accordingly.

Schedule once per week [60-90 mins] to analyse your numbers in detail and then make decisions.

Do the above for just 1 week and watch your productivity increase significantly.
